Weekly training program (first part Monday and Tuesday)

  • Monday

a pyramid program Jason uses a pyramid program, he starts 1 set 1 rep then goes up to 7 reps per set, then he changes the exercise.
 It works the whole body during its sessions.
For heating: Rowing Machine -10 minutes • Pushups • Pull Ups • Squats (body weight) • Stiff -Legged Deadlights • Hanging Knee Raises • Rowing Machine 10 minutes
Jason Statham always starts with the rowing machine to warm up.
